Order Confirmation & Shipping
I haven't received my order confirmation. What should I do?
- No worries! Sometimes the confirmation email ends up in the spam folder, so check there first. If you still haven't received anything, contact our customer service—we're happy to help!
Are there any shipping costs?
- No, we offer free shipping on every order.
When will my order be shipped?
- Processing time: 1 to 3 business, monday to friday.
- Order cutoff-time: 16:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London).
- Transit time: 4-6 business days, monday to friday.
- Estimated shipping time: 5-9 working days.
How can I track my order?
- Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package in real-time. Please note that it may take up to a day for tracking updates to appear. Click here to track your order.
Can i cancel my order?

You can only cancel your order within 1-3 business days after placing the order. Within these 1-3 business days, our orders are stopped in the processing and cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible. What if i receive my product damaged?
- Unfortunately, it may happen that your product gets damaged in transit. In that case, we always deliver a new package the first time. If it goes wrong the second time, we will refund you the full purchase price. Contact us directly at support@strazoro.co.uk together with photo's to start the process.
What if my package is lost?
- If a package is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we always send a new package before proceeding with a refund. Contact us directly at support@strazoro.co.uk to start the process.
There is a mistake in my address. How can I fix it?
- No problem! Contact us as soon as possible at support@strazoro.co.uk and we'll change it for you. Don't forget to include your order number!
Returns & Exchanges
Can I exchange or return my products?
- You can exchange or return your shoes within 30 days after delivery. Just reach out to our customer service, and we’ll take care of it for you.
How does the return process work?

Do I have to pay for the return shipping costs?
- If we made a mistake, we will offer a replacement product free of charge. Otherwise, the sender is responsible for the return label.

- The product must be in its original condition and unused.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- The product must be returned within 30 days after delivery.
How long does it take to process my return?
- Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, we will process it within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation once your refund or exchange has been completed.
