1. I haven't received my order confirmation. What should I do?
No worries! Sometimes the confirmation email ends up in the spam folder, so check there first. If you still haven't received anything, contact our customer service—we're happy to help!

2. When will my order be shipped?
We process orders within 1-3 business days. Once your package is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.
Delivery time is between 4 and 6 business days.

3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package in real-time. Please note that it may take up to a day for tracking updates to appear.

4. There is a mistake in my address. How can I fix it?

Returns & Exchanges

5. My shoes don’t fit well. Can I exchange or return them?
Yes, of course! You can exchange or return your shoes within 30 days. Just reach out to our customer service, and we’ll take care of it for you.

6. How does the return process work?
It’s super easy! Send us an email with your order number, and we'll provide all the instructions. Returns are sent to our Dutch warehouse, making the process quick and simple.

7. How long does it take to process my return?
Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, we will process it within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation once your refund or exchange has been completed.

8. Do I have to pay for the return?
If we made a mistake, we will offer a replacement product free of charge or cover the return shipping costs.
Otherwise, the sender is responsible for the return label.

9. My shoes have a manufacturing defect. What should I do?
That shouldn’t happen! Please send us an email with photos, and we’ll find a suitable solution for you.

10. How do I take good care of my shoes?
For long-lasting wear, we recommend cleaning your shoes with a soft cloth and a mild cleaning solution. Avoid prolonged exposure to water to prevent damage.

11. I received the wrong size. What now?
Our apologies! Contact our customer service, and we’ll send you the correct size as soon as possible—free of charge.

12. How can I contact you if I have another question?
Our customer service is always ready to assist you! You can reach us via email, and we’ll do our best to respond within 24 hours.
